Get in the game!  It's time to pull your meat case team together and enroll in Beef Training Camp (BTC)!  The beef experts from the National Cattlemen's Beef Association (NCBA), with funding from America's Beef Producers through the Cattlemen's Beef Board (CBB), have created a winning beef training program that is sure to give you a competitive advantage at the meat case and with consumers. 

In today's retail world, consumers have more choices that ever before.  Winning at the meat case starts with a quality product and ends with quality service.  Give your staff the tools they need to break out of the backroom and effectively merchandise all the beef cuts in your case.
