This year's winner of the 2006 Beef Backer Independent Operator Award is Ernie's Steakhouse & 41 Club. Owned by local ranchers Ernie and Judy Robinson, and their daughter Becky, Ernie's is best known for their signature prime rib which is slow-cooked on a rotating spit over an open cherrywood fire, located in the main dining room. Menu items include locally grown beef from the Robinson's ranch and sides that are made from scratch. Ernie's is located on the corner of Main and South C streets, near U.S. Hwy 95 in Grangeville. |
