The Idaho Beef council is happy to offer high quality peer-reviewed educational materials to Idaho teachers free of charge courtesy of Idaho Beef Producers.  We are committed to supporting education and encourage teachers of all subjects to contact us if you should need information regarding beef.  Resources available include curriculum guides, fact sheets, activity masters, and reference information about cattle production, beef nutrition, beef preparation, safe food handing practices, beef recipes and all things beef!
