We hope very much that you are able to join us on race day, but if for some reason that won't work, you have options!
We value your participation and want to provide you with a memorable and quality race day. We also recognize that sometimes things get in the way of doing the things we plan. There are options that can help, should you find yourself in a situation that keeps you away at race time.
Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the first day of the race/event will receive no refund. Cancellations made more than 15 days prior will receive a 50% refund either as a check or a system credit. The system credit may only be applied to another YMCA race/event within the current calendar year. Entries, once purchased, may not be transferred, resold, exchanged, or given to another person.

If the event is canceled or postponed due to COVID-19, there are 3 options for participants who are registered for the Idaho Beef Council Race for the Steaks Event.
Option 1: Do nothing. Race coordinators will contact you as soon as the race can be rescheduled. Your registration will automatically be transferred to the new date. If that date doesn’t work with your schedule, you may request a refund of your registration fee.
Option 2: Request to donate your registration fee and $10 will go the Idaho Foodbank to support the Beef Counts program and the remainder will go to the Treasure Valley YMCA.
Option 3: Request a refund of your registration fees and it will be applied back to the credit card or bank account used to make payment. (this process will take 16-18 business days)
